low amperture & high amperture

To get Low Aperture, fps must be lower than 5.6 and the shutter speed higher than 1/200 with the lens zoomed in.
To get High Aperture, fps must be higher than 5.6 and shutter speed lower than 1/200 with the lens zoomed out.
You must also set the camera to Av.

To create this effect I had set the shutter speed to 1/16, which is quite fast and I had to take several pictures to capture the crown and find the picture I like.
